Our signature à la carte restaurant with Galway Bay views and an open kitchen. The team focuses on the finest locally sourced ingredients — from light bites at brunch to a full three-course dinner.

Amber Restaurant
Our breakfast restaurant overlooking Galway Bay — full Irish breakfast cooked to order, a continental buffet, fresh juices, pastries, and a barista coffee station. Open daily 7:00 to 11:00am.
Blackrock Bar
Named after the iconic Blackrock diving tower on the Salthill Promenade, our gastro-pub is open seven days a week. The food menu features traditional Irish dishes with a contemporary twist; the drinks selection covers craft beers, wines, a regularly changing cocktail menu, and speciality teas and coffees. Live music every Friday and Saturday night.
