Amber is the breakfast restaurant at Salthill Hotel, serving every morning to in-house guests and visitors alike. The room overlooks the Salthill Promenade and Galway Bay — bright, calm, and an unhurried start to the day.

What’s served

Full Irish breakfast cooked to order. A continental buffet with fresh fruit, pastries, yoghurt, cereals, and homemade granola. Freshly squeezed juices, a barista coffee station, and a hot dishes selection that rotates with the season.

Included with your stay

Breakfast at Amber is included in selected room rates and packages. If your rate doesn’t include it, breakfast can be added as a supplement at the time of booking, at check-in, or simply walk in on the morning.

Reservations
