Swimming Pools
The centrepiece of Ocean Fitness is a 6-lane, 25-metre competition swimming pool — sunlit and ideal for endurance training, triathlon preparation, family swimming, or a refreshing morning swim before exploring Galway. Alongside the main pool is an 18-metre hydrotherapy pool with warm therapeutic water and jets, designed for relaxation and muscle recovery.
Gym & Studios
The modern gym is equipped with the latest cardio and strength machines, with a dedicated weight training area for free-weight work. For group fitness, Ocean Fitness operates a dedicated spin studio and a pilates studio.
Relaxation
The leisure suite includes a steam room, sauna, and whirlpool — ideal for unwinding after a day walking the Salthill Promenade, exploring Connemara, or visiting the Cliffs of Moher.
