Contemporary Irish Menu
Our menu celebrates contemporary Irish cuisine with locally sourced ingredients. Starters include Galway Bay seafood chowder with brown bread, crispy chicken wings, and bruschetta with local tomatoes and basil.
Mains range from slow-cooked Irish beef stew and beer-battered Atlantic cod to grilled chicken with seasonal vegetables and our signature Blackrock burger with Cashel Blue and caramelised onion. Vegetarian and plant-based dishes are always available. Desserts feature warm chocolate brownie, sticky toffee pudding, and Irish artisan ice creams.

One of Salthill’s favourite brunch spots. Sunday brunch covers eggs Benedict, fluffy pancakes, smashed avocado on sourdough and a full Irish with all the trimmings. Pair with freshly squeezed juice, artisan coffee or a Prosecco mimosa.
