Hi, my name is Mary Dolan and Saturday last, the 17th of July, I attended a wedding in your hotel. I just thought everything about the day was fabulous but the reason I am emailing is to thank the manager who was on duty on that day, Pauline. A friend of ours fell and broke his nose and I have to say all of the staff were simply fantastic!
It was at the end of the night around 2.30am when it happened and a number of staff were tidying up and they were all just so kind and helpful. I would also like to mention the two door staff, who were just so brilliant!
Pauline the manager on duty I have to say is quite simply in my opinion second to none. She is the most professional yet thoughtful manager I have ever seen in a hotel! From dealing with the situation in which our friend was hurt to the way in which she interacts with her staff, kindness and respect was portrayed at all times.
I don't usually write emails like this but I feel that this lady deserves to know how wonderful she is and I hope that whoever owns the hotel knows how lucky they are to have a fantastic manager and obviously a great team. I would appreciate it greatly if you could pass on my compliments.

Just a quick note to say a big thank you for a lovely break last week.
Your facilities are excellent and all your staff were very attentive; we look forward to visiting in the new year.
My mams arms are still recovering from being stuck in the doors of the lift last Thursday Evening – hope this has been sorted out; I’m a bit paranoid now as is she and my little man!

I would just like to express my sincere thanks to all the staff of Salthill Hotel who made our recent stay very enjoyable. From the time of booking to the departure every member of staff was very helpful.

Myself and three other people stayed at the Hotel on Friday and Saturday last.
Firstly I would like to compliment all staff on their friendliness and efficientness. The service we received throughout our stay was excellent, from Reception, bar, dining room and housekeeping staff.
I stay regularly in hotels it is refreshing to see a well run hotel with staff who are properly trained. I will be recommending the Salthill Hotel to anyone looking for a break in Galway. Well done!
We were lucky enough to be staying in Room 420 which was a fabulous room and really made out stay so enjoyable.
I am planning to get away for another break in either December or January and i am looking forward already
