Hi,
My name is Mary Dolan and Saturday last, the 17th of July, I attended a wedding in your hotel. 
I just thought everything about the day was fabulous but the reason I am emailing is to thank the 
manager who was on duty on that day, Pauline.
A friend of ours fell and broke his nose and I have to say all of the staff were simply fantastic!
It was at the end of the night around 2.30am when it happened and a number of staff were 
tidying up and they were all just so kind and helpful. I would also like to mention the two door staff,
who were just so brilliant!
Pauline the manager on duty I have to say is quite simply in my opinion second to none.
She is the most professional yet thoughtful manager I have ever seen in a hotel! From 
dealing with the situation in which our friend was hurt to the way in which she interacts with
her staff, kindness and respect was portrayed at all times.
I don't usually write emails like this but I feel that this lady deserves to know how wonderful 
she is and I hope that whoever owns the hotel knows how lucky they are to have a fantastic 
manager and obviously a great team. I would appreciate it greatly if you could pass on my 
compliments.

Just a quick note to say a big thank you for a lovely break last week

Your facilities are excellent and all your staff were very attentive; we look forward to visiting in the new year

My mams arms are still recovering from being stuck in the doors of the lift last Thursday Evening – hope this has been sorted out; I’m a bit paranoid now as is she and my little man!
